Q: Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A: We buy houses. We do not want to list your house like a real estate agent. We are professional home buyers. We buy houses around Houston that meet our purchasing criteria.
Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: Yes, we sure do. We would not be able to buy so many houses all around Houston if we did not pay the owners a fair price.
If you house looks like a tornado hit it, then do NOT expect us to pay the same amount as if it were in showroom condition. That would just be dumb on our part.
However, many of the houses that we buy do need repairs. And we buy many houses that need repairs or fixing up. Our crews will do all that work after we buy it so you never have to pick up a hammer or sweep a floor. We do it that way so selling your house will be easy and quick for you.
Our goal is to come up with a fair price that will work for you as well as for us. You’ll be under NO obligation to accept our offer. We hate pressure tactics and we refuse to use them.

Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: That’s a very good question. We have to look at the location of the house, the amount and cost of any repairs, the current condition of the property, and the values of the other houses in the neighborhood that have sold recently. So we really look at a lot of information in order to give you a fair offer. And we want that fair offer to be one that works for you and us too.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: No. There are no fees or commissions when you sell your house to us. That is one thing that makes us stand out compared to using a real estate agent. We’ll make you an offer, and if it’s a fit then we’ll buy your house. And we’ll often pay for the closing costs too! No hassle. No fees. No pressure. Q: How are you different from a real estate agent?
A: Real estate agents list properties, sit back, and then hope someone comes along and buys them. Agents typically cost you 6 percent of the sales price. So if your house sold for $100,000, then you’d immediately have to pay the agent $6,000. Frankly, that can be hard to swallow – especially when you are battling other financial problems. Plus when you sign a listing contract with an agent, their paperwork usually locks you into a 6 or 12 month commitment to only use them. They do that to make sure they get paid. Its tough to swallow such a long commitment. Because what if your house does not sell in 3 months. You are still locked into using that agent.
